You can always check your up-to-the-minute balance and recent transactions anytime, day or night, with our new Audio Teller line. When calling the Audio Teller, the MEMBER ID is your credit union Account Number. If this is your first time, you will be required to enter the social security number of the primary owner on the account. You will then be prompted to create a PIN (Personal Identification Number).
